8K a year The Production Superintendent will manage, supervise, organize, and direct the production team.
The Production Superintendent will report to the Plant Manager and oversee Production Supervisors and their associates.
The Production Superintendent's primary responsibility is to provide leadership and direction in the production operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient production and distribution of Perdue products.
Day-to-day oversight of the supervisory staff to achieve production and quality standards in a safe manner is required, as well as promoting and maintaining positive working relationships with the production and cross-functional teams.
College degree preferred.
